“The captivating design that symbolizes the regal attire of Brunei’s royal ceremonies”

The Arab Gegati motif, showcases a scattered arrangement of flowers or known as “Bunga bertabur”. With diagonal arrow-shaped, small sprinkles of flowers meticulously distributed throughout the entire fabric. This captivating pattern enhances the fabric’s beauty and evokes a delightful and enchanting aesthetic. The fabric is elegantly designed with Arabic flower ornamentation, offering a mesmerizing touch to its overall appeal. Such cloths are not worn on a daily basis. However, the officers are required to wear them on specific occasions, such as at the presentation of letters of credence ceremony for the appointment of diplomats or high commissioners, and on other state occasions, such as the National Day and Sultan of
Brunei Darussalam’s birthday.
